Updated Friday, 2 January 2009 The Singaporean manga translation company Chuang Yi has resumed translation of Magical Pokemon Journey and have recently released volume 8, in which Koume's name is translated as "Apricot". Unfortunately, due to licensing issues with Viz, Chuang Yi is unable to ship outside of Southeast Asia. However, if you are able to purchase manga from them, I highly recommend supporting Chuang Yi and, by extension, Yumi Tsukirino. Hopefully, Viz will follow their lead and continue with their release of MPJ in the west. As this is a United States-based website, my translations will continue until the series resumes in the west. Expect the translations to reflect Koume's English name of "Apricot" in the future. |

Pokemon Pipipi Adventure and Pokemon Chamo-Chamo Pretty are the property of Yumi Tsukirino, Flower Comics, Ciao magazine, and Shogakukan Productions. Pokemon PiPiPi Adventure is licensed under the name Magical Pokemon Journey in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia by Viz Entertainment and in Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong by Chuang Yi Publications. I'm not making any money off this site, merely sharing my love for a pair of wonderful manga series.
